some worlds fair
sort of victorian
contraption

a horseless
horse! man
powered motion
machine

all the lovely
clashing sounds
of the city
and the sky
in its skyscraper window
funhouse

the thing is
they'd rather be
biking

and all the tired people
pour out of these
office buildings
and reach for their cigarettes
and i want to give them each a hug
as i pass
ding my little bell

hop on
the handlebars
